MAPEN
MAPEN (Maryland Association of Puerto ricans of the EasterN area of the USA) is an an informal group (no assembly, chairperson, etc.) of Puerto Ricans living in the MD/VA/DC area. The main goal of MAPEN is to bring together Puerto Ricans which are in the Maryland/VA/DC area, and to keep them informed. Occasionally we plan some social activities.
